So I woke up on a Saturday morning to my garbage disposal not turning on. Called a few companies and no one to come out until Tuesday. Called Victor at Masters Plumbing and he didn’t answer the phone right away but I got a text message while I was leaving a voicemail, and he asked what was wrong. I told him the issue and he immediately called me and helped walk me through a few steps. I quickly discovered the issue and was able to fix it on my own. Not many people genuinely care enough nowadays to call you for a quick fix if you’re not actually paying them. You can tell Victor really loves his job and I am making sure that the next time I need a plumber I have his phone number in my phone and I’ll call him first. The world needs more good people like Victor.

These guys are awesome! I have had three plumbers come to my house and charge me for services that never fixed the problem. This company came out on a Saturday afternoon and stayed for hours, located the actual problem and fixed it. I would have rather paid for them to come out once and get the job done right rather than waste all of the money I spent before them. They were professional and courteous, all around great job.

**Update: Job #2 with this crew just finished, complete master bath renovation. One word: OUTSTANDING!! We thought there was no hope for the 80’s bath but they astounded us with their creativity, it’s now beautifully modern & bright. They also removed, replaced & painted drywall with upgraded new lighting in our foyer. Victor and his team came out in an emergency situation, fixed that issue and then designed a master en suite with excellent craftsmanship! They were so dedicated they even worked thru Christmas Eve! True professionals thru and thru, dependable and courteous. Give them a call, they do it ALL! Thanks Victor & Crew!!
